Off duty today . But again, shld've did something to the phone . My supervisor called in to check with me some things . Lucky i was already awake & shooting some zombies . I can't wait to get over with this course . Looking forward to the next batch . There, i'll post out as Field Instructor since i know how the Management side works, time for the Operation side .... actually i'm kinda sick of working upstairs .

The system really sucks . Recently, the Head came up with this file - OTOT File . So if u wanna go eg. swimming, u gotta rite it down. but if u dont feel like doing anything, still have to pen down . reason is just to shoot back if he fails his ippt and the file is another one of the redundant tools ... along with the rest of the 'take-so-much-space' files.

What we need is a system that enables easy data entry with the usage of a simple database so as not to have 50+ excel files in the folder . && the lecture notes are really fucked up .

though i hate my job since i'm up there, i'll give it my best & try to change things .
