i've just read an article about doing 1,000,000 pushups before he dies . yuup one million pushups . i'm not going to follow that kind of "style" . cos i think i can't reach that much hahaha . but i thought of another reasonable ways . 1000 pushups in 30 days .

so lets do the math

1,000 (pushups) / 31 (days) = 34 pushups/day

this is reasonable .
how bout saying if i'm a moron who always kennna HRD by the instructors ...
20 (morning PT)
20 (punishment)
20 (during activity)
20 (before dinner)

20 * 4 = 80 pushups/day

means to say

80 * 31 = 2,480 pushups/month
2,480 * 12 = 29,760 pushups/year
1,000,000 / 29,760 = 33.6 years !

man . that's wicked . by the time my age like abah already siol . but i *thinK* it should be possible ... u think ? hhehehehe !! nvm, i'll aim small number first , 15,000 pushup in 6 months . steady bo pi pi !! so lets start counting the numbers !
